Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us together with your receipt and contact details within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We advise you to obtain 'proof of posting' (recorded delivery) when returning goods and that you return items by Royal Mail or other suitable carrier.
The amount due will be credited to the card used for the initial payment. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. You are responsible for postage costs for returned goods.
Exchange . If you wish to exchange goods, please e-mail us with the details in order that the goods can be reserved for you.
There is a £2.95 handling fee for all exchanges. The free delivery offer is only redeemable on the original order. It is only fair as we have to pay twice for the product. Once to send it and secondly to get it back. . We Do Not Offer a Collection Service. Eurosuits will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Goods returned must be:
(a) unworn and unwashed,
(b) in the original packaging, shoe boxes MUST NOT be used as the outer packaging when returning them to us.
(c) complete with all labels etc and
(d) in a condition that makes them fit for immediate re-sale.
If any returned goods do not meet these rigorous standards, no refund will be given.
If you return goods with a request for a refund, you will be responsible for the postage costs from you to us. If the goods are faulty, we will refund your postage costs. If goods are returned as unwanted and a refund requested we will ONLY refund the cost of the items and NOT the postage.

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used underwear, swimwear and socks (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like).
Damaged or Goods sent in Error
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order inexcellent condition. If you do not receive your products ordered, Please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately, this will be given priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours.
You may cancel your order at any time by e-mailing us, by phoning us or writing to us.We will send you a refund within 10 days of you cancelling the order. If the goods have already been despatched, customers are asked to return them unopened within ten days of receipt prior to a refund being given.
